Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the adult swimming organization last week, finishing number one in multiple events after allowing trans athletes to compete in a women’s spring competition in San Antonio.

Paxton’s July 16 lawsuit includes five legal claims against Us Masters Swimming (USMS), which states that it “harms consumer trust through false, deceptive and misleading practices.”
