The project was nurtured by Carl Hilbrich’s media company Infilmpact and arrived at Waves Film Bazaar with a budget of $300,000, 70% of which was secured. Producers aim to use the Goa meeting to secure final stage financing, distribution and broadcast partners, and international sales agents.
