Some may say that RTS is dead. Maybe they should see again. Rogue command Take some of the spices of deckbuilders like Slay The Spire and place them along with real-time thrills like commands and conquests. This new update still offers the biggest shakeup to the Rogue Command.

The most fundamental change in how games play is the “blueprint pool.” Previous versions of the Rogue command did not allow you to control the pool of cards you selected. Now you can choose from a pool that offers general options, such as tanks and healers. Using this game gives you more control over the direction of your build, while still providing randomness.

This update also adds many new features. You can also select the difficulty option at the start of each run. The balance has also been completely redesigned. Enemies should not be “spam” but larger enemies should come with a pack of smaller enemies. A new expert called “Pasewalker” gives the army a powerful buff and allows teleports to enter and exit the battle. However, there are even more challenges now. After exiting Ascension 10, unlock the heat level. This can be applied to each added level to make enemies faster and stronger. In theory, this offers endless new challenges. Rogue Command, like the best Roguelike games, offers truly enormous amounts of playability.

As part of the Steam Summer Sale, you can get the Rogue Command for $14.99. The agreement will last until 10am PST/1pm on Thursday, July 10th or until 6pm BST/7pm on Monday, January 20th.
