A crowd of people angry at how President Donald Trump and his administration have run the country took them to the streets in nationwide protests on Saturday to express their objections in American city scores.

It’s still the biggest day of demonstrations, with opposition movements trying to regain its momentum after the first few weeks of Republican shock.

Protest movement – what you meant to let go! – It was organized in more than 1,200 locations in all 50 states by over 150 groups, including civil rights groups, trade unions, LGBTQ+ advocates, veterans and election activists.

The rally appears peaceful, with authorities reporting no cases of major violence, clashes or arrests.

From National Mall Park in Washington, D.C. to midtown Manhattan, Boston ordinary and several state capitols, thousands of protesters attacked the actions of Trump and the world’s wealthiest man, Elon Musk.

Critics have expressed dissent against the current administration’s policies and approaches, including downsizing the federal government, the economy, immigration and human rights.

Protesters gathered to oppose the administration’s move to fire thousands of federal employees, close the Social Security Office field office and effectively shut down the entire government agency, such as USAID.

Musk has played a pivotal role in promoting such actions, like the newly created government efficiency, or Doge’s director, with the aim of reducing “unnecessary government spending.” Doge plans to cut approximately $2 trillion (1.82 trillion euros) in federal spending.

Protesters held signs and placards reading “Trap Muskrat” and “Deporte Elon Musk” in explicit opposition to his policies. Many criticize Musk, who owns Tesla, SpaceX, Starlink and X, for being a naturalized citizen for his role in government.

“Here in America, Mr. Musk, justice is not for sale, and we will not abandon the state Supreme Court trial for a $1 million award. Stop trying to buy the votes. Stop stealing the government.

In Boston, demonstrators held signs that read, “We’ll miss our democracy” and “We’ll separate our social security.” Mayor Michelle Wu attended the protest in the Massachusetts capital, where she condemned Trump’s threatening tactics and attacks on diversity and equality.

“I refuse to accept that they can grow in a world where immigrants like Grandma and Grandpa are automatically presumed to be criminals,” Wu said.

Hundreds of people spent their mornings at the club’s Senior Club Championship in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, miles from the Trump golf course in Jupiter. People lined up on either side of the PGA drive, encouraging cars to chant with slogans to the cards.

Asked about the protest, the White House said, “President Trump’s position is clear. He will always protect Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid for qualified beneficiaries.”

“On the other hand, the Democrats are giving social security, Medicaid and Medicare benefits to illegal aliens, which will bankrupt these programs and crush American seniors,” the White House added.

Protests also took place across the pond as hundreds of American citizens and foreigners overseas protested Trump’s foreign policy approach.

The demonstration took place from London to Berlin, not only threw stock markets around the world in search of a “end of chaos,” but also mentioned the aggressive global tariff policy of the US president, who advocated for Ukraine, which Trump has criticized.

“Even the people who voted for him don’t get what they voted at tariffs. Everyone loses their money. Eggs aren’t cheap. They don’t live a better life.

Activists have staged numerous national and international demonstrations against Trump and Musk since the former returned to the White House.

Protesters say they will continue to peacefully express their objections to administrations that do not represent them or that they do not represent the common interests of U.S. citizens in the hopes of reverse pressure on them.
