President Donald Trump’s ambitious agenda is being ordered after temporarily blocking him after an order from a lower court. Many of them have been lifted by the Supreme Court, giving Trump some victories and raising questions about how the lower courts are handling his case.
These decisions stem primarily from what is known as “urgent” or “shadowdockets.” This is a more urgent set of appeals that the Supreme Court often decides without verbal discussion.
