Trump Admin to Change Citizenship Tests and H‑1B Visas, Says Official

The Trump administration plans to step up both citizenship testing and visa systems for skilled foreign workers, while also moving towards closing loopholes with another program that critics say allowed dangerous criminals to gain legal status.

In an interview with the New York Times on July 25th, Joseph Edrow, new director of the U.S. Citizens’ Immigration Service (USCIS), said that the current naturalization tests are too easy to reflect the intent of the law.
