President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to bolster the United States from the threat posed by drones and encourage innovation in drone technology manufacturing in the country.

Michael Kratzos, director of the White House’s Science and Technology Policy Office, said the June 6 order would work to eliminate illegal drones nationwide and to help law enforcement claim more control over the country’s airspace.
