Donald Trump’s administration has a postwar plan for Gaza called “the reconstruction of Gaza, economic acceleration, and trust in change (large).”. This is a plan to turn the Palestinian strip into a “trust” controlled by the US for 10 years.

A 38-page prospectus was viewed It has been reported According to the Washington Post, at least temporary relocation of a population of at least 2 million people has called what it called a “voluntary” departure into a restricted, protected zone within the enclave during reconstruction.

The trust offers the owner a digital token (potentially a Trump token?) in exchange for the right to redevelop the property, which will be used to fund new living elsewhere, or redeemed with apartments and in one of the six to eight “AI-based clever cities” that will eventually be built in Gaza. According to the Washington Post, Palestinians who choose to leave will receive a $5,000 cash payment, and a subsidy to cover four years of rent and one year of food each. The plan estimates that every individual departure from Gaza will save $23,000 in trust compared to the cost of a safe zone “life support” service for residents.

Trump’s “Middle Eastern Riviera”

Those familiar with the trust planning and management conversations surrounding post-war Gaza spoke about delicate subjects in anonymity, the US influential news outlet said.

“The White House introduced the question to the State Department, which declined to comment. BCG said the work on the trust plan was not explicitly approved and the two senior partners who led financial modeling have since been fired.”

The Washington Post also said it is unclear whether a great, detailed and comprehensive trust proposal is something Trump has in mind. But, according to two people familiar with it, a key part of the plan was explicitly designed to authenticate the president’s vision of the “Middle Eastern Riviera.”

The most attractive part of the US is that it does not require government funding and does not rely on donations. Instead, the plan will be funded by public and private investments in megaprojects, including the development of smart cities, electric car factories, data centers, beach resorts and high-rise apartments.

Trump’s humanitarian motivation?

On August 27th, Trump held a White House meeting to discuss ideas for ending the war, and now it’s close to its second anniversary and what follows after the war. Participants included Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special President’s envoy Steve Witkoff. The view on Gaza’s future is sought after the Trump administration and his son-in-law Jared Kushner handle many of the initiatives of the Middle East and have broad private interest in the region, including former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

“This is a very comprehensive plan that we’ll be putting together the following day (Gaza),” Witkov told Fox News “Special Report with Brett Beyer” before the policy meeting on Gaza last week. “A lot of people will see how robust it is, how well-intent it is, and how it reflects President Trump’s humanitarian motivation here.” Trump had previously proposed a full US takeover of Gaza, along with the permanent displacement of the Palestinians from coastal territories. However, following global opposition and plans called “ethnic cleansing” by the United Nations and other experts, the original framework of the idea was abandoned.
