US Supreme Court Declines to Expedite Lawsuit Targeting Trump’s Tariffs

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday rejected a petition promoting a challenge against U.S. tariffs president Donald Trump in April, but the court did not say whether to review the matter in the end.

The judge wrote on Friday in a short signature order that “a petitioner’s motion to facilitate the consideration of a certificate warrant petition before the judgment is denied” and that it responds to requests filed by businesses to facilitate the High Court’s decision-making process on whether to raise a case against a prompt case.
