“The defendant arranged freak-off with the support of corporate members and peers, including employees of his business, and the hotel rooms where they were staged often maintained serious damages,” the prosecutor’s team told the court after being arrested in New York City and charged with three felony charges for engaging in sex trafficking, rackets and prostitution.
Combs pleaded not guilty and is currently in custody at MDC Brooklyn.
